Everything was good, so were incredible views especially at sunset. The rooms were modern and brand-new, with an electric kettle, a fridge and a microwave oven, comfortable bed. Location: the hotel was right by Alhambra, the shopping district and Granada. A cool bonus was Cafeteria Puerta Bernina, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee:)))

The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for things to do in the area. The location was perfect for going out for tapas and taking a walk by the river in the evening. The room was modern and clean, with all the amenities we could ask for including a flat-screen TV and a terrace. The rooftop pool was a great place to cool off after a hot day, with a stunning view and refreshingly cool water. the service and facilities were excellent.

I got great value for my money at Sercotel. The room was cozy, modern, and comfortable, with super comfy beds. The location was perfect, in the shopping district and close to the bus stop for the Alhambra. The staff was really helpful and check-in was a breeze.
Menu for breakfast could use some improvement.

We had a wonderful experience at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the city and enjoying the vibrant atmosphere. We loved going for tapas and taking evening walks by the river - it was all so convenient from here. The staff were absolutely fantastic and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. They were always at hand to help with any queries or provide tour assistance. The room amenities were top-notch, with a comfortable sitting area, terrace, and dining table. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep, and the free toiletries were a nice touch. We also appreciated the flat-screen TV and the fact that there was a dining area to relax in. After a hot day of exploring, we wanted a dip in the leisure swimming pool, and we were not disappointed. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for a refreshing swim and relaxation. The free Wi-Fi and on-site car park were additional conveniences that made our stay even more enjoyable. we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
This place was absolutely amazing. We cannot recommend it enough.
